Design-in Facilitation
With expertise and experience, we have the capacity to facilitate the design-in of electronic components. An intimate knowledge if the market enables us to bridge the gap between customers and suppliers, in terms of design and other specifications. Customers can also tap into our strengths to source and procure electronic components. This gives them peace of mind in their purchasing efforts.
Associated Logistics Services
Bulk Breaking of Component Parts
We apportion our shipment of components, which often arrives at our warehousess in large bulk, into smaller lots as customers usually request smaller quantities of the components.
Warehousing and Logistics
Where necessary, we provide warehouse space for both our suppliers and customers to store their components. Our warehouses are in close proximity to our customers. As such, our response time to our customers is shortened. We have also entered into arrangements with Warehousing and Distribution Pte Ltd, which can fulfil some of our storage, pick & pack and delivery needs. We also use the services of other logistics companies from time to time to fulfil such needs.
Preservation Pick and Pack
Prior to delivery of components to our customers, we will, where necessary or at our customers' request, also carry out the following:
- preserve components through temperature and humidity control as well as sealing of packages to prevent oxidization;
- identify defects and component breakages;
- clean the surface of components by dusting;
- dot the components to indicate polarity or orientation;
- pack the components; and
- label the packages containing the components (including bar-coding).
We do not charge a separate fee for the provision of associated logistic services and preservation and pick and pack services.
