Mr Er is currently an Executive Director of East Asia Institute of Management. He also sits as an Independent Director on the Board of public companies such as COSCO Corporation (S) Ltd, Firstlink Investment Corporation Ltd, Thai Prime Fund Ltd, Hartawan Holdings Ltd, China Sky Chemical Fiber Co Ltd., China Essence Group Ltd, Eucon Holding Ltd, and Van Der Horst Energy Ltd. A former Permanent Secretary in the Singapore Civil Service, he had served in various ministries before his retirement. A Colombo Plan and Bank of Tokyo Scholar, he obtained a first class honors degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Toronto, Canada in 1970 and an MBA from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester in 1978. |

Mr Tan started his career with Unidux Inc. in 1986 as a Design Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Marketing Manager. He was transferred to Singapore in 1989 to set up our operations when Unidux Inc. decided to establish a presence here. He was instrumental in our regionalization efforts and establishing our Procurement Services Business. He transformed the company from a small start-up in 1989 to a professionally managed listed Group. Having spent considerable time studying and working in Japan, Mr Tan is fluent in both spoken and written Japanese, and has excellent rapport with members of our major shareholder, Unidux Inc. Mr Tan is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |

Ms Chan is one of our founding members. She was in charge of our Finance, Operation , Administrative, Human Resource, Strategic Planning, Special Projects, new business development and MIS functions. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Keio University, Japan. Ms Chan holds the position of Executive Director, is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. |

Mr Okada started working in Unidux Inc. in 1989 and has been promoted from General Manager of Business Development and Marketing Division to a Director of the board of Unidux Inc. in June 2008 . He has substantial experience in the semiconductor sector as well as in international business. With an appreciation and understanding of the corporate culture and operating business environment of our Group as well as Unidux Inc. he is committed to strengthening the links between the two groups and promoting our Referral Business. He also hold a certificate of Certified Public Accountant in U.S.A.. |
| Mr Ong Chai Seng

Mr Ong Chai Seng started the first five years of his career in the insurance industry, serving a bond for a scholarship which led to a Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science. Mr Ong also holds a Masters Degree in Statistics. Subsequently, he was with several companies including the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, DBSLand Ltd and DBS Capital Investments Ltd, where he held the positions of Senior Economist, Manager of Asset Management and Planning and General Manager respectively. He is currently the Managing Director of iActive Management Co Pte Ltd. |
