| Mr Takashi Sekine
Chief Operating Officer & Sales Director
Mr Takashi Sekine was previously with Asahi Corporation, a subsidiary of Casio Computer Co. Ltd. He joined Asahi Corporation in 1983, and transferred to Asahi Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd in 1987 as Production Control Assistant Manager and subsequently holding the position of Purchasing Manager from 1989. In 1995, he was appointed General Manager of Procurement at Asahi Corporation (Hong Kong) Ltd, with a mandate to set up the company’s international procurement office there. Mr Sekine was later promoted to Deputy Managing Director of Asahi Corporation (Hong Kong) Ltd. Mr Sekine joined Unidux Electronics Limited as Procurement Director in July 2001. In 2003, he was appointed as Sales Director, and in 2004, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Unidux Electronics Limited. |

Corporate Development Planning Director
Mr Alex Toh is the Corporate development and Planning director for the Group. He is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Aff airs, Business Planning and Strategic development for the Unidux Electronics Group’s of Companies. He has more than 10 years of working experience in fi nance, business planning and strategic development in SME and conglomerate companies. Mr Toh has also worked in diff erent countries including Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Canada. |
| Mr Takehisa Sato
Technical Director
Mr Takehisa Sato is the Technical Director of Unidux Electronics Limited since September 2001. Mr Sato’s main responsibility is Green Procurement and coordination of chemical analysis for component/product manufacturers, in accordance with the environmental regulations set by major Japanese customers. Mr Sato has a diploma from nippon Electronics Engineering College in 1968. Prior to his current appointment as Technical Director, Mr Sato was the General Manager of BM Nagano Pte. Ltd, Technical Director in Radiotronic Singapore Pte Ltd, Regional Manager of Swiss Microelectronics Watch Industries and Technical Director of Semicon Industries Pte. Ltd.

Group Financial Controller
Mr Cheong is a trained career accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certifi ed Accountants (ACCA). He has working experience in both public and private sectors since 1991. He joined the Group as General Manager of Unidux (Singapore) Pte. Ltd in 2008 and was subsequently appointed as Group Financial Controller in January 2009. |
